In my never-ending search to find something new and fresh to feed my Art Junkie addiction, I found the work of Hannah Adamaszek. She’s a UK based Artist and her pieces can be more easily identified through her famed characters name of Hannah Chloe. Well, I can only assume that it's Hannah Chloe because that's the title that I found most of her pieces connected too. But then again, that could be the Artists middle name or alias... Nonetheless, I did everything in my power to learn more and see more.
What I loved most about her style of contemporary art is that her portraits are so life like, and seem to capture the beauty of a woman. Just like in the world of modeling… the good ones, the ones we recognized the most, make it look so easy when in fact it takes a ton of skill to give the illusion of effortlessness. Adamaszek's paintings put me in a very calm and peaceful state of mind. I mentally just drift away to where ever the imagery takes me. Mainly it's a deep thought of some sort that can use a Whoo-Saaw release. Just breathe, in-hale, ex-hale, and reflect.
I am a huge fan of Adamaszek's use of color and her edgy take on the boho-chic female is quite flattering, emotionally charged, and timeless. She also has a passion for capturing the feminine spirit in her yoga inspired portraits. The power of Zen is infused with every stroke and always helps me to mentally recharge when I need a peaceful outlet.
